With over 8 years of experience in mindful movement, I’m passionate about creating an educational and inclusive experience where the focus is on the why behind your movements. I guide individuals through a blend of yoga, pilates, and functional training, prioritizing safety, accessibility, and body awareness. My approach emphasizes the mind-body connection and proprioception, helping you move for health, not just to burn calories, with a focus on long-term wellness.
